June 13th, 14th & 15th and June 21st & 22nd
Yin Yoga uses passive, floor-based postures to nourish our connective tissues, and stimulate the deeper energetic channels in the body, providing support for the immune system. Yin Yoga also provides the perfect container to develop deeper levels of self-inquiry and to cultivate the capacity for mindfulness and meditative self-awareness.
Our 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training provides a solid foundation of the theory and methodology of Yin Yoga, deepening both your knowledge and personal practice of Yin Yoga.
You will uncover the history and development of Yin yoga, a blend of applied anatomy and physiology, as it applies to fascia, joints and connective tissue, and how this impacts and informs movement in the body.
Alongside this, you will explore common Yin Yoga poses, TCM, element and meridian theory, optimised and thematic sequencing, and integration of props as they relate to yin yoga, and traditional meditative practices to enhance the yin state of a student.
Join us for a progressive training that will empower you with the practical tools and understanding needed to adeptly integrate TCM theory, anatomy and physiology, mindfulness and Yin philosophy into your teaching.
Our certified faculty members each possess a minimum of 500+ hours of Yoga Alliance certified training. Together, they share their expertise and dedication to create an immersive learning experience.
Our part-time course seamlessly integrates into your life. With dedicated intervals for reflection between sessions, it provides the flexibility to balance your personal, social, and work commitments.

Join us as we embark on this transformative journey, deepening our connection to ourselves and our practice, and empowering others to do the same. You’ll unlock the profound benefits of Yin Yoga and inspire others to embrace the beauty of stillness and introspection.
Deepen your practice through a comprehensive exploration of the body's intricate systems that govern Yin Yoga. You'll develop a nuanced understanding of range of motion (ROM) and how it forms the foundation of safe, effective Yin postures, while discovering how your nervous system actively modulates flexibility through proprioceptive mechanisms.
You'll explore the fascinating concept of Anatomy Trains—the interconnected myofascial meridians that explain how tension patterns transmit through the body's structural network, influencing both physical movement and energetic flow.
Contemporary fascia research takes centre stage as we examine how this remarkable connective tissue system responds to the mindful pressure and duration characteristic of Yin practice, potentially promoting hydration, reorganisation, and improved communication throughout your body's cellular matrix.
Cultivate confidence and skill through hands-on teaching opportunities in a nurturing, collaborative environment. You'll master a comprehensive repertoire of essential Yin postures, learning to recognise when each pose is most beneficial and when modifications are necessary for student safety and comfort.
Discover the art of prop integration to create accessible variations that accommodate diverse body types and mobility levels, ensuring every student can experience the profound benefits of Yin practice. The training refines your verbal cueing abilities, developing language that guides students mindfully into poses, supports their experience during long holds, and facilitates conscious transitions.
You'll gain a deeper appreciation for how anatomical diversity influences individual expression in postures, moving beyond the myth of "perfect alignment" toward a more inclusive understanding of beneficial positioning.
Through focused study of key asana families, you'll learn to create thoughtfully sequenced classes that address specific areas of the body while offering appropriate variations that honour each student's unique structure and needs.
