We understand that circumstances may change. Our memberships operate on a fortnightly billing cycle with a minimum commitment of twelve weeks. To cancel your membership, please provide written notice at least two weeks before your final payment.
Yes, we offer the option to suspend your membership for holidays or sickness. To request a suspension, please submit a written request at least two weeks in advance. You can place holds in two-week increments for up to six months per year.
If you require immediate suspension due to sickness or injury, we ask that you provide a medical certificate.
