What classes are great for beginners?

If you're new to yoga, the best class for you depends on your preferences and goals. Here are three excellent options to consider:

Hatha yoga is the perfect introduction to yoga, placing emphasis on proper alignment through a slower pace. It's designed to facilitate gradual strength and flexibility development. If you prefer a methodical approach with detailed instruction, Hatha Yoga is an ideal starting point.

How can I book or reserve a class at Stretch Yoga?

You can also download the Stretch Yoga app from Google Play or the Apple App Store. The app is a convenient way to book classes and events, change your contact and payment details or even message our team directly.

Can I attend any class with the intro offer?

With the intro offer at Stretch Yoga, you have the flexibility to attend any class you'd like. There are no specific classes designated exclusively for newcomers, allowing you to explore and experience the full range of classes available.

Whether you're interested in Yoga or Pilates, the intro offer grants you access to any 60 and 45-minute classes from our diverse offerings. Feel free to choose the classes that align with your preferences and schedule as you embark on your yoga journey with us.

What happens after the 14 day trial?

After the 14-day introductory period at Stretch Yoga, the offer concludes, and there's no further action required from your end. You decide whether you'd like to continue your yoga journey with us.

If you choose to stay on board, you can purchase a 10-class package or pay for individual classes as you go.

If you sign up for a membership before your trial expires, we'll take off $5 of any weekly membership! Our memberships allow you to enjoy ongoing access to a variety of classes.

If you decide not to continue, there are no additional obligations or commitments after the 14-day trial period.

What should I do if I want to keep practicing after my trial ends?

If you want to continue practicing after 14 days, simply send us an email before your trial expires, and we'll set you up with a membership via direct debit.

As a gift from us to you, we'll take $5 off your direct debit - but only if you join before the end of your trial!

Alternatively, you can opt to purchase any of our class packs for added flexibility.

What do I need to bring?

For a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Stretch Yoga, we recommend bringing a few essentials:

To stay hydrated throughout your practice we recommend bringing a water bottle. Hydration is key to supporting your body as you move and stretch.

A small towel can be handy for wiping away sweat and providing additional comfort during your session.

While we have a limited number of mats available for hire at $2, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat.

What should I wear?

Remember to choose clothing that allows you to move freely and doesn't restrict your movements. As for footwear, we typically practice barefoot or with grip socks.

When it comes to attire, comfort is key. We recommend wearing breathable, moisture-wicking fabrics that allow for a full range of motion. Opt for flexible leggings or shorts paired with a comfortable tank top or T-shirt.

What if I have an injury or health concern?

We'll start to book everyone in 15 minutes prior to the class starting. Your teacher will be available to chat about anything that's going on and suggest modifications throughout the practice to keep you safe!

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

You can find our Holland Park studio at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park - just next to Radiance Dance Academy on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St.

Just look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.
