Stretch Yoga first opened in May 2014 with the goal of making yoga accessible for everyone. Our classes are taught by some of Brisbane's best yoga teachers and hosted in thoughtfully designed spaces.
Stretch Yoga Holland Park has long been a safe, inclusive space, where you can connect with yourself, move your body in ways that feel wonderful, and explore all the aspects and benefits of that yoga, pilates and meditation have to offer.
Stretch Yoga Holland Park homes a large studio space comfortably accommodating up to 25 students. The studio hosts multiple marked carparks directly in-front of the building as well as plenty of free street parking.
With windows that invite natural light, a wide barn door allowing a free flow of fresh air from our communal courtyard, and the convenience of air-conditioning, we've created an environment that ensures comfort in every season.
We provide classes for all levels of mobility, agility and strength. Whether you are looking to challenge your mind and body, nursing an injury or old bones, or simply want to unwind and learn to be at peace with your monkey mind; we have the classes and teachers to help you find your way.
