Step into the new year with intention and clarity. Our New Year's One-Day Retreat invites you to release the energies of 2024 and expand your heart to all the possibilities awaiting you in 2025.

Through grounding practices, deep reflection, and community connection, this retreat is designed to help you set the tone for the year ahead with purpose and expansion.

Join us in this sacred space of reflection and renewal as we welcome the new year with open arms, expanded hearts, and a readiness to manifest all that 2025 has to offer. This is your moment, to start the year with clarity, purpose, and connection!

What to expect?

We begin with a welcoming circle, where we gather in shared intention and honour the transition from one year to the next. Flow into a VinYin yoga class that blends the revitalising movement of vinyasa with the deep stillness of yin, inviting balance as you move between renewal and release.

After a nourishing lunch, connect with the earth on a guided nature walk—a contemplative journey where you'll reflect on your intentions and allow space for clarity. We'll take time for journaling and self-reflection, offering you the opportunity to discover you heartfelt intention or resolution for 2025, aligning your inner desires with conscious action for the year ahead.

Return to the mat for a blissful Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath, where you'll be guided into deep relaxation, allowing the gentle vibrations of sound to wash over you, dissolving tension and inviting inner peace.

With day will culminate as we gather for a powerful closing ceremony, where we will symbolically release the past and welcome new beginnings, allowing space for fresh opportunities to unfold.

Meet your facilitators

Sarah Jane guides meaningful practices with lighthearted energy, creating safe and nurturing environments for students to connect with all layers of themselves. Balancing both lightness and depth, her intention for this retreat is to lead students into a state of presence, mindful intention, and clarity, leaving them grounded and open to all that lies ahead.

Laura holds space with a gentle, compassionate presence, bringing a sense of "spiritual heart" to her classes as she invites students to explore self-acceptance and curiosity. As a Certified Creative Arts Therapist, writer, and nature lover, she weaves calm clarity and a deep appreciation for life’s beauty into her teaching, creating a nurturing environment for reflection and growth.

As we are eagerly awaiting our day retreat, here are some commonly asked questions to help you prepare!
How do I find Temple Retreat?

Find our private retreat space at 580A Grandview Road, Pullenvale, QLD 4069. Located about 30 - 40 minutes from Brisbane CBD, it's short drive to bliss.


Is there parking?

Parking is available on the property. Parking information will be emailed to you prior to the event.

What do I need to bring?

While yoga mats and props are provided, if you would prefer to bring your own, you are most welcome.

Please also bring along a journal and pen, perhaps some pencils if our feeling creative, and a water bottle.

We will be spending time outside, so you may also like to bring sunscreen and a hat.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing, that you move and relax in. You may like to bring a hat for our time outdoors.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

To ensure a deeply personal and transformative experience, each retreat is intentionally limited to a set amount of attendees.

While all bookings are non-refundable, we understand that life can bring unexpected changes. Should you need to cancel your attendance, please notify us at your earliest convenience.

This thoughtful notice allows us to extend the opportunity to those on our waitlist. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the integrity and intimacy of our retreat experience.
