Led by our dear Kristy, this workshop combines the rhythm and energy of hip hop music with the mindfulness and movement of yoga. What to expect?

Hip Hop Yoga offers a unique blend of yoga and dance in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere. Flow to the beats of hip hop music that inspire movement and energy, combining traditional yoga asanas with choreographed dance movements sprinkled in here and there.

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.


Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?


Please bring a yoga mat (we have a limited amount available for hire).

Please make sure to bring a water bottle and stay hydrated.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing you can freely move and groove in.
