Join us for a nurturing bonding experience in our Cherish & Connect: Baby Massage Workshop! In this 75-minute workshop, certified Infant Massage Instructor and final year medical student Tori Gill will guide you through the gentle art of baby massage.
Baby massage is a beautiful practice that involves the use of gentle strokes to benefit you and your baby. With touch being so important for communicating with our bubs, baby massage is a wonderful new language for you to use!
As a parent, you want the best for your baby, and baby massage is a wonderful way to nurture their physical, emotional, and social development. By attending our Cherish & Connect workshop, you'll learn how to use gentle strokes and loving touch to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and even help with digestion and sleep.
Baby massage also fosters a deeper bond between you and your little one, encouraging communication and trust. By incorporating baby massage into your daily routine, you'll not only support your baby's growth and well-being but also create a lifelong connection built on love, trust, and tender care.
You'll learn when to massage, and a soothing massage routine to practice with your little one. You'll have the opportunity to connect with your baby on a deeper level, promote relaxation and bonding, and take home a valuable new skill to support your baby's development. You'll receive a take-home handout with massage routine and tips.
This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers with babies from 6 weeks to pre-crawling.
