BOOK NOW

Join us for a deeply restorative experience with our resident teacher, Paul. On Saturday evening, 10 October, we are offering a special 90-minute Yoga Nidra class designed to guide you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation technique that promotes deep relaxation and healing. During this practice, you will be guided through a systematic method of complete relaxation, while maintaining full consciousness. It is designed to bring you to the edge of sleep, where your body can deeply rest and rejuvenate, while your mind remains calm and alert. Yoga Nidra is known for its ability to reduce stress, anxiety, insomnia, and to promote overall well-being.

What to expect

In this 90-minute session, you will experience a gentle introduction to the practice and philosophy of Yoga Nidra, set in a serene and nurturing environment that supports deep relaxation. You'll receive step-by-step guidance through the stages of Yoga Nidra, which include body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation techniques designed to release physical, mental, and emotional tension.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or level of experience. Whether you are new to meditation and Yoga Nidra or have been practicing for years, you will find this class accessible and deeply beneficial.
