Led by Leanne, a multi-faceted wellness expert, this session is designed to melt away stress and release tension. The workshop begins with a soothing yin yoga practice, allowing you to sink into deep stretches and find stillness.

Meet your teacher

As a Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Registered Holistic Nutritionist™, YACEP® + E-RYT®500 Yoga Instructor and Personal Trainer, Leanne brings a wealth of knowledge to this workshop.

With over a decade of experience in the wellness industry, Leanne has developed a unique methodology that combines holistic nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, yoga, and personal training.

Her passion lies in helping individuals prioritise longevity while living optimally.

How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.


Is there parking?

Street parking is available all around within walking distance.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a limited amount available for hire).

We do have lots of yoga props available, but if you prefer to use your own, you may bring a blanket, and/or bolster.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing.
