Experience the art of giving and receiving gentle therapeutic bodywork through guided sequences. Learn techniques drawn from Eastern and Western bodywork traditions, combining elements of Zen Shiatsu pressure point therapy, Thai-inspired stretching, and modern movement principles.

This unique approach to wellness works on both physical and energetic levels. Through mindful touch and deep listening, you'll learn to support natural healing processes and promote overall wellbeing. The practice helps calm the nervous system while encouraging better flow throughout the body.

About Stef Palmer

Stef Palmer is a dedicated wellness practitioner whose personal journey through yoga and mindful movement spans many years. Her teaching approach is deeply rooted in her own experience using movement and breath work to cultivate balance, manage stress, and develop sustainable wellness practices. She draws from extensive study across various movement traditions, with a particular focus on how these practices can support better sleep and stress management.

As an educator, Stef brings both traditional wisdom and contemporary understanding to her classes. Her teaching style emphasises the connection between mind and body, creating an inclusive space where students can explore movement in a way that honours their individual needs. She specialises in helping students develop their own sustainable practice, integrating breath work, mindful movement, and therapeutic techniques.

As we are eagerly awaiting the date of our workshop, here are some commonly asked questions to help you prepare!
How do I find Stretch Yoga Holland Park?

Find us at 50 Seville Rd, Holland Park (just next to Radiance Dance Academy) on the corner of Seville Rd and Roscoe St – look out for the beautiful brick building with parallel parks.

Is parking available?

You can find free parking spots right out front and on the streets around the studio!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a yoga mat (we have a limited amount available for hire) and a water bottle.

We do have lots of yoga props available, but if you prefer to use your own, feel free to do so!

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing you can freely move in.

What if I can no longer make it?

To ensure a quality experience, we keep our workshops intimate and limit the maximum number of attendees.

All bookings are therefore non-refundable. We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend, please inform us as soon as possible.

If applicable, this allows us to offer your spot to a student on the waitlist who is eager to participate.
