Active Birth Couples Workshop

with Kaitlyn Sandona

Are you currently pregnant and looking to enter labour feeling calm, relaxed and empowered?Have you had a baby before but looking for a birth experience where you feel more in control, relaxed and excited? Embark on a transformative journey towards a confident birthing experience with our active birth couples workshop. Whether you're expecting your first child or aiming for a more controlled and joyful subsequent birth, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Kaitlyn, a proud mama of her own, will guide you and your birth partner through a practical workshop filled with hands on exercises, discussions and active participation preparing you, and your birthing partner, for birth - exploring how the labouring person might want to move, position and breathe, and how the birth partner can play an active role in encouraging different techniques, employing massage, acupressure and more. You'll be shown practical ‘tools’ for working with pain in labour, including touch, movement and massage preparing you for birth.

In this small group educational class we'll explore how as a team can work together to use mind-body techniques throughout the labour process.

$200 per couple.

Most pregnant people attend this workshop in their third trimester, so that the techniques are fresh in their minds, however please feel free to attend from your second trimester onwards.
